About Griffon Snaps Photography

I am married to David and have 2 grown daughters (Ellen 19 & Sarah 20) who over their lives have gotten used to the camera always pointing at them, needless to say they have numerous photos albums each filled completely, recording their lives fully.

Recording life's events in photography is a really important to me, so I really enjoy doing wedding photography, as it is an honour to witness these happy moments with the bride and groom and being able to capture their happiness is just awesome.  While capturing these moments, I work with the happy couple to ensure that I get the shots that they want and also capturing those moments that they are not aware of.

Portraiture photography - Whether it is a person on their own, a couple, family, or a group of friends, I enjoy doing these photos outside in our natural environment.  I feel that doing family portraits is very important, especially if full family shots are far and few in between.

I also enjoy doing landscape photography.  We have some much beauty in this country of ours, it is never-ending.  I also spend a lot of time in Coromandel Township, so as you can imagine I have a few photos from this beautiful place.
